The Defendant is a person driving a Daegu ESFM car.

On February 10, 2015, around 00:40, at around 00:40, a car was driven without a driver's license on a section of about 150 meters from the 150-meter to the front side of the Rotten-knive cafeteria, in front of the Rotten-kwandong located in the Daegu Suwon-gu Busan Metropolitan City.
