A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Seized evidence 1 and 3 shall be confiscated, respectively.

80 hours per the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

From February 2014, the Defendant, from around two months to around two months, did not accept the request of the victim C (V, 37 years of age) and the victim, even though he/she demanded to do so, and did not commit the following crimes.

1. On May 10, 2014, between around 23:00 and around 01:00 on May 11, 2014, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the house of the victim in a large wartime-gu D; (b) went into the house by an inorganic method; (c) went into the house of the victim; and (d) went out with one cell phone of the victim’s own possession in the living room and stolen.

2. On June 21, 2014, at around 20:20 on June 21, 2014, the Defendant stolen the victim’s cell phone at the home plug store located in the Dong-dong, Daejeon-gu.

3. Intrusion upon residence;

A. On July 21, 2014, at around 22:26, the Defendant: (a) went to the office of the victim located in Daejeon Seo-gu D; (b) went to the office rooftop of the victim; and (c) opened a benda and intrudes upon the victim’s residence.

B. On September 1, 2014, at around 21:09, the Defendant entered the house in a way of cutting down the door door with a locking device over several times, and invaded upon the victim’s residence.

4. On September 1, 2014, at around 21:09, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim himself at the victim’s home; (b) resisted that the victim “doing dynasium and bullying?”; (c) the victim refused his own request; and (d) the victim’s “fying fynasium” was demanded to read “gynasium at home” at one time; and (d) the victim’s fynasium fynasium 6 times at one time; and (e) the victim’s cell phone fynasium and fynasium fynasium; (b) the victim tried to take the cell phone cited by the victim, she resisted the victim with his clothes and fynasium; and (b) the victim fynasing the victim’s fynasium and fynas.
