A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On August 16, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for one year and six months with prison labor for the crime of fire prevention of the main building in the Gwangju District Court, and on January 31, 2014, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence in the Southern Prison.

1. Intrusion upon residence;

A. On November 2014, 2014, the Defendant entered the victim D’s house located in Yongama Group C, which was the first day of the first half of the year, and entered the house without the victim’s permission, and even though the victim tolds that he did not have the husband, the Defendant opened a door and entered the door and intruded on the victim’s residence.

B. On December 2014, 2014, the Defendant entered the victim F’s house located in Yongama-gun E before the beginning of 11:00, and without any justifiable reason, invaded upon the victim’s residence.

On August 2015, the Defendant entered the victim's house to use the victim's house phone phone call at the am of the am in the middle of 2015, and intruded on the victim's house.

On October 2015, at around 22:00, the Defendant: (a) was in the house of the Victim G in Yong-gun, South Yong-gun; (b) the mother of the Defendant, under the influence of alcohol, opened a door of the floor and an inner door, which was not corrected on the ground that his mother’s funeral ceremony was not affected by the victim’s failure to do so; and (c) infringed upon the victim’s residence.

E. On March 23, 2016, at around 22:00, the Defendant opened a door with the floor of the instant victim’s G, which was not corrected under the influence of alcohol, and invaded upon the victim’s residence.

2. Intimidation;

A. At the time and place described in paragraph (d) above, Defendant G shall be discarded in the victim G at the time and place.

The victim threatened the victim by referring to "abruishing down in the house."

B. At the time, at the place specified in the foregoing paragraph 1-Ma, the Defendant expressed to the victim G that “In this case, the death shall be discarded,” thereby threatening the victim G.

(c)

A person to whom an objection is raised shall be March 2016.
