A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

The seized evidence 2 (Handbag) shall be returned to the injured party (C).

Punishment of the crime

On April 12, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court on July 26, 2013, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on July 26, 2013, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Hong Prison on May 6, 2015.

1. From May 15, 2015 to July 20, 2015, the Defendant stolen 17 times in total, including KRW 1,213,00 in cash, KRW 30,00,00 in cash located on the side of the victim’s head by taking advantage of the gaps in the victim’s “Fda” operated by the victim E in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, the Defendant stolen one wall owned by the victim, including one card, a new card, a national card, and a slot card, from that time to July 13, 2015.

On May 18, 2015, the Defendant violated the Fraud and Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) around 09:40, the victim H in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City (hereinafter “I”), committed as if he would make a settlement despite having no intention or ability to make a settlement; (b) the Defendant, despite having no intention or ability to make a settlement; (c) was using a stolen credit card with the national card (K) in the name of J that stolen and paid for the same amount; and (d) incurred a loss equivalent to the same amount from that time to July 14:15, 2015, the Defendant used a stolen credit card company’s payment of the total amount of KRW 9,426,80 in the same manner as indicated in the List of Offenses (2) by paying the same nine times in total as indicated in the List of Offenses (2).

3. On July 15, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 13:20 on July 15, 2015, delivered a set of 505 hotel hotel L 505 in Gangwon-gun L, to the victim C (n, 29 years of age) who is an employee, and (b) decided to pay money to the victim; and (c) the victim refused to pay a set of money.
