A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 23:20 on May 3, 2015, the Defendant already ordered a restaurant located in Suwon-gu C, Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, to drink alcoholic beverages at other places and to provide alcoholic beverages to the owner of the alcoholic beverages.
