Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is engaged in advertising publicity business and borrowed 22 million won to the victim B(52 years of age) around 2017, and only 14 million won is paid and 8 million won is not paid yet.

No debt collector shall commit any act that seriously undermines privacy or peace in business by repeatedly or at night, without any justifiable reason, by causing fear or apprehensions by sending words, letters, sound, images, or other things, such as calls, to a debtor or his/her related person.

Nevertheless, the Defendant sent debt collection text messages to the cell phone (E) used by the victim through the cell phone (C and D Staff A) used by the Defendant to receive the above eight million won.

A. On February 18, 2020, using the above mobile phone at an insular place around 05:11, a prior notice is given to the workplace where the assembly is duly reported from the date of the coming week, and one person’s assembly is held as an empty banner prior to the report of the assembly to the religious facility, or to the religious facility after the assembly is reported. B, in 2017, sent a text message stating “B, 8.3 million won loaned in the year 2017, and 8.3 million won in the value of the baby”;

B. On the 26th day of the same month, using the above mobile phone at an insular location at around 13:38, and thus, it has reported to the Assembly on this day from March 7th of that month, and has received a text message stating "eight million won (8 million won) remaining on the 3th day of the world, because the world was her two pages or more;

(c) The same year;

3.4. Around 18:42, using the above cellular phone at places where the message “I begin from the end of this week. I, even if they are not in fact, I shall deliver the text message “I,” which read “I, even if they are in fact,”

(d) The same month;

6. 11:11경 불상의 장소에서 위 휴대전화를 사용하여 " 장로님 이번주는 예배가 없다고 하시네요 ㅋ 그래도 방심하지 마세요"라는 내용의 문자 메시지를 도달케 하고,

(e)on the 16th day of the same month, 11:14th day.
