1. As to the Plaintiff KRW 58,05,263 and KRW 30,000 among them, Defendant A shall start on October 15, 2013, and the remainder of KRW 28,05.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Plaintiff, an insurance company, as the Plaintiff’s insurance contract, concluded a fire insurance contract with the content as follows (hereinafter “Plaintiff’s insurance contract”) from February 2, 2013 to February 2, 2014, which operates the hospital “D Council members” on the second floor of the building B (the owner is C; hereinafter “the instant building”).

B. On February 6, 2013, at around 23:56, the occurrence of a fire, at the center of the “F Oriental Medicine” room of the first floor of the instant building operated by Defendant A (hereinafter “instant fire”). As a result, the instant hospital buildings, facilities, collection fixtures, medical machinery, etc., which were carried out by E were destroyed or damaged due to their occurrence, and accordingly, E was liable to compensate the owner of the instant building, as well as to compensate for damages, such as facilities, fixtures, etc.
C. According to the instant insurance contract, the Plaintiff paid the insured E insurance proceeds of KRW 30 million on October 14, 2013, KRW 28,815,083, and KRW 82,936,090 (insurance proceeds of KRW 24,121,07,07, KRW 37,793,389, KRW 11,789, KRW 984, KRW 2983, Nov. 29, 2013, and KRW 24,121,000, KRW 71,710,07, and KRW 82,90 (the insurance proceeds of KRW 24,121,07, KRW 37,79, KRW 389, KRW 984, KRW 9,710, KRW 710) to the owner of the instant building.
Defendant Hyundai Marine Fire Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Hyundai Sea”)’s insurance contract, while Defendant Hyundai Sea is an object of insurance between February 23, 2011 and February 23, 2016.
