Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A from June 2009 to June 1, 2009, the Defendant worked as an employee at H operated by the victim G in the Incheon Dong-gu, Incheon, as the victim G in the Cdong 150.

On February 2, 2011, at the above H office around 06:30, the Defendant: (a) put 200 km, the market price of which is equivalent to 1.680,000,000 won, into the Defendant’s Musaw car using a crepan in which employees did not work; (b) cut off at around 18:00 on the same day; and (c) cut off the above 200 km in a manner that takes place; and (d) from that time until July 26, 2013, up to 1.36 times the market price of the victim’s 1.88,00 km, the market price of which is equivalent to 6,310,000,000 won, 5,310 ggg, the market price of which is equivalent to 3,680,000 won, 200,000 won, the market price of which is equivalent to 2.36.2.4 million g.

2. On December 2012, Defendant B purchased 1,50 kg of the market price equivalent to 12.60 kg of 1,200 kg of 1,200 knife, which was the victim’s possession by his knife from A.

In such cases, the defendant, who is engaged in the water-related business, has a duty of care to verify whether he/she is stolen by ascertaining the personal information A, etc., while asking the details of the acquisition of metal, the motive for the sale, and the price suitable for the transaction price.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, while neglecting such care, purchased 150 km from July 26, 2013 to acquire stolen goods at KRW 750,000,00,000 from that time by negligence, and acquired stolen goods from July 26, 2013, by purchasing metal (Yeldong, Dong, Aluminium, and Stein Lease) owned by A on a total of 47 occasions, such as the list of crimes (2) in attached Form 47 times, and acquiring stolen goods.

3. Defendant C’s market price on February 201, 1680,000 won owned by the victim who was stolen by his dong-gu Incheon, Nam-gu, Incheon.
