【Criminal Facts】

1. From around 15:10 on August 9, 2015, the Defendant driven a C-motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.164% without obtaining a driver’s license on the section of about 1km from the Cheongyang-si, Cheongyang-si, to the same west-si, Cheongyang-si, Cheongyang-si, to the 909-ro 17 mnife-si, Cheongyang-si.

2. On August 9, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 19:30 on the Namyang-si, Namyang-si, the Defendant: (b) carried out a taxi to drink and go to the house; (c) the Victim F (year 63) driven a taxi to the said “E” where the Defendant was the Defendant.

The Defendant received the victim's face from the victim's head due to late arrival of the victim, and inflicted injury on the victim, such as the number of days of treatment, by drinking the victim's ship, chest, etc., on the part of the victim.
