1. Basic facts

A. 1) The Plaintiffs’ acquisition of ownership is limited to the Gi-ri (hereinafter “Ki-ri”) of the Gyeonggi-si prior to the division owned by J.

(2) On June 24, 1999, J divided the land into 5,414 square meters prior to H, 1,157 square meters prior to L, 1,157 square meters prior to M, 1,157 square meters prior to M, 1,157 square meters prior to L, and 1,488 square meters prior to O. (2) On July 3, 1999, in relation to L on land, Plaintiff A and M, in the future, Plaintiff C with respect to the land, and Plaintiff C with respect to the land, the ownership transfer registration was completed on June 23, 1999 with respect to the land, 1/3 shares in each of Plaintiff A, C, and 3, and on each of the grounds of sale.

3) On May 9, 2011, Plaintiff B completed the registration of transfer of ownership based on inheritance by consultation and division, February 1, 2011, with respect to the N-owned and O-owned portion of P-owned land. 4) Plaintiff C’s succeeding intervenor (hereinafter “Plaintiff”) completed the registration of transfer of ownership based on donation on July 22, 2015, respectively, on July 28, 2015, after the instant lawsuit was filed.

B. The Defendants’ acquisition of ownership was divided into 5,414 square meters prior to the divided H on August 23, 2001 into 3,761 square meters prior to H and 1,653 square meters prior to I. 2) J completed the registration of transfer of ownership on December 29, 2006, based on Q and 1/2 equity shares as to H land on December 28, 2006.

3) On April 5, 2012, Defendant F completed the registration of ownership transfer on November 27, 201 with respect to 1/2 shares in Q Q’s name among H land due to a consultation and division. 4) Defendant F completed the registration of ownership transfer on August 23, 2001.

Since then, the registration of ownership transfer has been completed in order of S and Defendant G with respect to the above land.

C. Location and shape 1) H, I, L, M, N, andO land are land connected in sequence as shown in the cadastral map No. 3 (hereinafter “H and I land”) and “land owned by the Defendant,” and “land owned by the Plaintiff”.
