1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant A’s real estate listed in [Attachment A] No. 1,

B. Defendant B shall set forth the [Attachment] list.

Reasons

1. On July 12, 2018, the Plaintiff filed a claim with Defendant A for a lease agreement with each of the following: (a) the lease period for the real estate specified in paragraph (1) of the [Attachment Table No. 1] between July 12, 2018 and February 28, 2019; (b) the lease deposit is KRW 6,981,00; (c) the monthly rent is KRW 256,50; and (d) the monthly rent is in arrears for at least three consecutive months, the lessor entered into a lease agreement with each of the following: (a) the lessor is entitled to terminate the lease agreement; and (b) the Defendant A delayed payment of KRW 3,307,230 as of March 23, 202; and (c) there is no dispute between the parties to the lease agreement; and (d) the duplicate of the instant complaint containing the Plaintiff’s intent to terminate the lease agreement on the ground of the delayed payment of the rent; and (c) the record of this case reached Defendant A on April 9, 2020.

Therefore, the above lease contract was terminated due to the exercise of the Plaintiff’s right to terminate the lease contract on the ground of the delinquency of monthly rent for Defendant A’s three occasions, and the Defendant A is obligated to deliver the real estate listed in [Attachment List No. 1]

If so, the plaintiff's claim against the defendant A is justified.
