1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a legal entity running a laundry in Asan City C (hereinafter referred to as the “laundry in this case”), and the Defendant is a person operating the Fcar Center in Asan City E.

B. On December 26, 2016, G of the Plaintiff’s representative director: (a) the H 2.5 tons truck used at the laundry on or around December 26, 2016 (the date of the first registration on June 16, 2006; hereinafter the same shall apply in this case) was placed in the car center operated by the Defendant due to the following: (b) the Plaintiff’s representative director’s operation of the H 2.5 tons truck (the date of the first registration on June 16, 2006; (c) the “amount from the date of the first registration on which the truck was manufactured

C.
