Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for ten months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving C9.5 tons of modern truck.

On May 10, 2014, the Defendant: (a) driven the instant truck on May 12, 2014; and (b) discovered that the truck was driven in front of the oil station located in the mountain village in Gyeyang-gu, Busan-si, Busan-si, Busan-si, through a mountain village in Busan-do; (c) while driving the truck to the mountain village in front of the oil station located in the mountain village in Gyeyang-gu, Busan-do.

As a result, the Defendant suffered from the above occupational negligence the injury of the victim, such as 16 weeks of treatment on both sides, and the multiple flaging fel, etc. (e.g., cutting down below knee).
