The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a comprehensive class 4 disability of delay and hearing.

The defendant was aware of E while performing his work in the furnal factory under D's jurisdiction in Busan, and regardless of the opposing opinions of his parents.

1. No person who violates the Passport Act shall transfer or lend a passport to another person for the purpose of allowing him/her to use;

Nevertheless, the defendant around 14:00 on September 13, 2016, around 206, around the third floor of the international passenger terminal of 206 Busan, as the head of Busan Dong-gu, the defendant issued a passport to her mother and became unable to go to Japan, thereby allowing her to go to her own passport and boarding ballot tickets after obtaining a right to go to her passport from the F ticket box that she enters and departs from Japan.

Accordingly, the defendant transferred a passport for the purpose of allowing to use it.

2. When the Defendant was unable to normally leave the Republic of Korea due to the lack of a passport, he received departure inspection from the Defendant’s passport in the name of the Defendant and conspired with the Party E to depart from the Republic of Korea.

As stated in paragraph 1, the defendant transferred his passport to E with the purpose of allowing him to use his passport with the knowledge that his name is illegally used, and the defendant suggested that he was a public official of Grade 9 in charge of departure inspection of international passenger terminal departure from Busan Port in order to leave Japan after obtaining a passport from the defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant conspireds with E to use official document unlawfully.
