Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. Defendant B is a reporter of E religious organizations and the director of F, who belongs to the temple, and Defendant C is a director of F, and Defendant D is a head of F and the mother of Defendant C.
나. 원고 A은 2012. 7.경부터 2016. 8.경까지 천도재(薦度齋), 산신제, 용신제 등을 위한 비용 명목으로 합계 10억 원 이상을 피고들에게 지급하였고, 피고 B은 위 기간 동안 원고 A을 위하여 천도재, 산신제, 용신제 등의 의식을 진행하였다.
C. In addition, Plaintiff A brought at least KRW 400 million from December 2, 2013 to May 2015, and built Defendant B as the temple of E religious organizations.

2. Summary of the plaintiffs' assertion
A. Defendant B told Plaintiff A, “I would go against the will of his will. I would go against the suicide. I would have to go against the will of his will. I would have to go against the will of his will. I would have to go against the will of his will. I would like to make the Plaintiff’s business if I would go against his will through Defendant B, or would have to go against his will. I would like to make the same apprehension that if I would go against the will of his will through his will, I would not be well in his will, or that he would be bad to his father’s wife. I would like to actively assist Defendant C and D in doing so in collusion with Defendant B so that A would go against the above condition or mental disorder.
Therefore, Plaintiff A paid KRW 1,961,903,720 to the Defendants total amount of KRW 1,961,903,720 to several times every month from July 2012 to May 2017.
In addition, the defendants threatened the plaintiff A to the effect that if he does not build a e religious organization substitute e-mail, he would bring about the plaintiff A and his family members, and the plaintiff A would build F as the inspector of the E religious organization by bringing about KRW 510,000,000.
Accordingly, the defendants are from the plaintiff A.
