Punishment of the crime

On January 19, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 09:30 on January 19, 2019, the Defendant: (b) worn a scoober equipment at the landing place of the air-going ship located in the Sinsan-Eup, Soon-gu, Busan; (c) obtained the aforementioned landing place and the sea before the landing; and (d) captured approximately 10km and three kg of the sea-water, a fishery resource, by October 10 of the same day
