【Criminal Facts】

1. The Defendant in violation of the Fishery Resources Management Act is the manager of a ship who requested temporary management of B by the owner of a coastal sea-net fishing vessel B (1.77 tons) in Changwon, and D and E are all non-fishery workers.

The Defendant, along with D and E, engaged in unlawful gathering of the hole inhabited on the seabed adjacent to the Chakdo, using scoober equipment, and conspired to divide it into two parts. On September 24, 2019, the Defendant, around 11:00, 201, she was on board the ship at the bend of the Chak-gu Chak-gun Chak-gu, Busan Metropolitan City on the surface of the ship and then, from around 14:00 on September 24, 2019 to 16:00 on September 24, 2019 of the same day, she she operated the said B, and she supplied the air to enable she to recover the hole by locking D, and she collected she was supplied with air, diving, diving, wrewning, water hick, ducks, ducks, traw, and then collected 15g joints in the sea-bed form.

In collusion with D and E, the Defendant collected fishery resources using diving equipment in collusion with D and E, other than fishermen.
