1. Facts of recognition;

On May 30, 2006, the above court rendered a decision of KRW 10,348,388 and/or 380,364,200 to the Plaintiff.

(C) The sum of the principal and interest (source) due to the date of the loan from the transferor (a loan institution) is as follows: (a) the B’s credit amount due under the preceding payment order (hereinafter “pre-payment order”); and (b) the B’s credit amount due is the H Co., Ltd.; and (c) the I’s credit amount due to the pre-payment order.
