A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 6, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 04:31 on the D convenience store located in Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun; (b) on the ground that the victim E (19 years old) was fluored, the Defendant placed a part of the victim’s left side fluence on one occasion; (c) one time after the end of the year following the end of the month following the end of the month following the end of the month following the end of the month following the end of the month following the end of the month following the end of the month following the end of the month; and (d) two times in the face and fluoring part of the victim’s face at around two weeks, the Defendant placed the victim’s face and fluoral part of the part requiring approximately two weeks treatment.

On January 6, 2016, at around 04:52, the Defendant: (a) received a report that he/she was assaulted at the place specified in the foregoing paragraph 1; and (b) received a request from a slope G belonging to the F District Group of the F District Police Station in the Chungcheongbuk-do Police Station, Chungcheongnamcheon-gu; (c) the said G opened a front door of the patrol car and walked twice in front of the right side of the patrol car; and (d) committed assault by the said G, i.e., having the right buckbbbbbbbbs in front of the vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers on the maintenance of public peace and order.

[2016 고단 465] 피고인은 2015. 12. 3. 03:00 경 충북 진천군 H에 있는 I 식당에서, 피해자 J(16 세), K(16 세 )를 불러 내 술을 마시던 중 피해자들이 술을 마시지 않고 버릇없이 행동하였다는 이유로 화가 나, 피해자들에게 바닥과 탁자에 머리를 박게 하고 탁자에 있던 위험한 물건인 소주병으로 피해자 J의 머리를 2회 때리고, 피해자들을 식당 밖으로 나오라 고 한 다음 피해자 J에게 커피를 뽑아 오라고 해 커피를 피해자 J의 얼굴에 뱉고 발로 온몸을 수회 차고, 무릎으로 피해자 K의 얼굴을 때리고 발로 온몸을 수회 찼다.

On the same day, the defendant continued to do so at around 06:10, MA 309, which is accommodated by the victims of the damage in Jincheon-gun L, Chungcheongnam-do, and the victim J's face is taken at a time, and the victim K's face is taken at a time.
