Punishment of the crime

[2] On December 2, 2013, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 300,00 won as a fine for larceny at the Seoul Central District Court; on December 12, 2013, the same court issued a summary order of KRW 1 million as a fine for larceny; on January 6, 2014, the same court issued a summary order of KRW 300,000 as a fine for the same crime; on May 7, 2014, the court issued a summary order of KRW 500,000 as a fine for the same crime; on June 25, 2014, the summary order of KRW 100,000 as a fine for the same crime was issued at the same court; on September 12, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 100,000,000 from the Seoul District Court to a fine of KRW 16,016,614, respectively; on May 27, 2015.

[2] On June 2, 2018, around 10:44, the Defendant: (a) stolen the victim’s handbags from the victim’s shoulder in the victim’s cell located at “D” store located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, with a cresh of surveillance in the victim E, which is located in “D” store located in “D” store located in Gangnam-gu Seoul; (b) on seven occasions in total from June 2, 2018 to July 3, 2018, with a 98,200 won in total from the victims as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table.
