1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months;

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a CSP car.
On September 16, 2016, the Defendant driven the above vehicle while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.086% during blood transfusions at a speed of approximately 30 to 40 km at the speed of about 30 km in the front and rear door of the official military unit in Gwangju Mine-ro 86, Song-gu, Gwangju.
In this case, a person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by driving safely in accordance with the new code.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered, by such occupational negligence, injury to the victim D, such as knee, knee bones, etc., which requires approximately four weeks of medical treatment, injury to the victim H (18 tax), I (19 tax), and J (18 tax) in need of two weeks of medical treatment, respectively.
2. On the day specified in paragraph 1, the Defendant driven a spke car under the influence of alcohol content of about 2 km from the front of the K apartment in the Gwangju Mine-gu to the long distance at the entrance of the military unit, located in 86-ro, Dong-ro, Gwangju Metropolitan City, to approximately 0.086% of blood alcohol content.
