Punishment of the crime

The Defendant worked as an English instructor from May 21, 2016 to June 2, 2016 at the D Private Teaching Institutes for the Operation of Victims C in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and caused conflicts with the victim regarding the Defendant’s attitude of working, etc., which led to the occurrence of the conflict with the victim, the Defendant retired from the institute, and repeatedly sent the text message of intimidation and sexual harassment to the victim, and led the victim to bullying.

On July 14, 2016, at around 06:49, the Defendant sent the victim’s cell phone text messages with the phrase “N” as “N” as the victim’s cell phone, and from around that time to from around 12:37 on July 15, 2016, the Defendant sent the text of the code, sound, image, or image that arouses fear or apprehension by sending the text messages of intimidation or harassment over 187 occasions, as described in the attached list of crimes, from that time to around 12:37 of the same month.
