A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal record] On December 13, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for fraud, etc. at the Daegu District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on December 21, 2013.

Around July 18, 2012, the Defendant violated the authorized brokerage and judicial system, entering into a lease contract for an apartment house of the 3-dong apartment of the 3-dong apartment of the 208-dong apartment of the U.S., F-owned Gu, with the name of the 3-dong apartment of the 3-dong apartment of the 3-dong, G, and the 208-dong apartment of the 3-dong apartment of the 3-dong, and directly prepared an apartment lease contract for this, and

2. 공문서 위조, 위조 공문서 행사 피고인은 전항 기재와 같은 일시 및 장소에서 위 아파트에 대해 임차인 H 와 전세계약을 체결하면서 사실 위 아파트의 소유자 F이 월세로 아파트를 내놓았음에도 H에게 전세계약이라고 거짓말하여 H로부터 전세 보증금을 받아 F 모르게 가로챌 목적으로 H가 위 F과 연락하지 못하게 하기 위하여 행사할 목적으로 권한 없이 공문서 인 위 아파트 등기사항 전부 증명서의 소유자 부분에 ‘I’ 로 인쇄된 종이를 붙인 후 사본하는 방법으로 대구지방법원 구미 등기소 명의의 위 아파트에 대한 등기사항 전부 증명서를 1 장을 위조하고, 이를 같은 날 그 정을 모르는 H에게 교부하여 행사하였다.

3. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in the foregoing paragraph 2, committed the act of forging a private document or exercising the above investigation document.
