A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months and by a fine of thirty million won.

1. On August 27, 2019, the Defendant, at night, stolen cash 2,245,000 won owned by the victim from a small credit cooperative, which opened a corrected window and intrudes the inside of the window and was located on the Kashter, around 5:50 on August 27, 2019.

2. Illegal use of motorcycles;

A. On August 27, 2019, around 5:30 on August 27, 2019, the Defendant: (a) driven a victim G management H (125CC) over which he/she was parked in the state where he/she is sticked; and (b) operated the place specified in paragraph (1) before the Kwikwikset Service Center, he/she parked the Oba on the top of the “F” Kwikset Service Center, and temporarily used the Oba in order to use the motorcycle managed by the victim without the consent of the victim.

B. On October 1, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 00:50 on October 1, 2019, on the street before the Kwikset Service Center, the Defendant: (b) driven the off-to-land specified in the paragraph, which was parked with a key attached to the Kwikset Service Center; (c) operated the off-to-land, which was parked before the J in I in the following city; and (d) parked the off-to-land on the top of the Kwikset Service Center, and temporarily used the motorcycle managed by the victim without the victim’s consent.

3. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;

A. On August 27, 2019, the Defendant driven HOba (125CC) in the section of about 10km from around 5:30 on August 27, 2019 to around 6:0 on the roads of the Kwikset Service Center, “F,” located in the Hasan-si E, Hasan-si, to the Pkwikset-si and the Southern East East-dong, without obtaining a motorcycle license.

B. The Defendant, on October 1, 2019, driven a motorcycle on the home port without obtaining a motorcycle license in about about 2 km section from the J front of 00:50 on October 1, 2019 to the front road of the Kwikwikset Service Center located in Hasan-si, I to the Kwikset Service Center.
