On June 19, 2015, at around 05:10, the Defendant driven B rocketing passenger cars with blood alcohol concentration of 0.113% from the section in an influent section to the left-hand side of the agricultural cooperative located in the tension 10-ro 10 road in the middle-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
