On November 10, 2013, at approximately 23:39, the Defendant driven a B bseing car while under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.060% in a section of approximately 2 km from the gold basin located in Geumdong-gu, Sungnam-si to the front direction of the Central Drown-dong, Seo-dong.
