Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On November 24, 2008, the Defendant was punished by a fine of KRW 700,000 by a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at a district district court of Jung-gu on November 24, 2008, and a fine of KRW 1 million by a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at a district court of Jung-gu on July 23, 2013.

Nevertheless, at around 22:31 on November 08, 2014, the Defendant driven a BRY-wheeled Vehicle in the state of blood alcohol concentration 0.121% on the front of the “Magro-based fluor” in the front of the “Magro-based fluor” located in the Republic of Korea at the time of addition, as seen earlier.
