A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

On April 5, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 4 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Jung-gu District Court on April 5, 2013, and a fine of KRW 4 million by the same court on September 12, 2012, respectively.

1. On July 6, 2014, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act: (a) was a person driving B rocketing and other automobiles; (b) driven the said automobiles under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.234% at around 02:00 on July 6, 2014; and (c) driven the two-lanes of the two-lanes in front of the number of the Redburg Republic Republic of Korea in the Songcheon-si, Cheongcheon-si, the Republic of Korea proceeded along the two-lanes of the two-lanes of the Redburg Republic of

At the time, it was not easy to secure the right to view at night, so in such cases, the driver of the motor vehicle has a duty of care to properly operate the steering wheel and brake system and to safely drive the motor vehicle by observing the lanes.

However, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol and neglected to perform the above duty of care, and went away from the lane, and received three landscaped fire extinguishings managed by the victim Spocheon Views installed on the right side of the road, as the front part of the car of the Defendant.

The Defendant damaged the repair cost of KRW 1.5 million, such as the replacement cost for landscaping by occupational negligence as above.

2. The Defendant violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) at least twice as above and driven the said rocketing car from the road of about 1km to the road front of the red knife Republic of Korea, in the state of under the influence of alcohol by 0.234% of the blood alcohol concentration without a driver’s license for the said temporary warning.

3. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act, as the holder of the said rocketing passenger car that was not covered by mandatory insurance, is the said rocketing passenger car on the road front of the red knife knife Republic of Korea located in Macheon-do, Macheon-do around July 6, 2014.
