"2013 Highest 252" Defendant is a member of the homeland reserve forces belonging to the Dogdong-si, Gyeongnam-si.

1. On February 8, 2013, the Defendant received a notice of convening the homeland reserve forces training in the name of the third unit commander of the 8358 unit of the Army, which was conducted at the training site of the homeland reserve forces in 2011, from March 4, 2013 to March 6, 2013, the Defendant failed to undergo the said training without justifiable grounds.

2. On March 7, 2013, the Defendant received a notice of convening a call-up for homeland reserve forces training in the name of the third unit commander of the 8358 unit commander of the Army, which was conducted at the training place of the homeland reserve forces in 2012 at the time and place described in paragraph (1), at the time and place described in paragraph (1), and received the said training without justifiable grounds.

On May 30, 2013, the Defendant was at the entrance of the Posia C (States) located in Saly-si B, 2013.

6. On the 13th anniversary of the receipt of the notice to call for the training of the homeland reserve forces in the name of the third commander of the 8358 unit in the Army, which caused six hours for the second supplementary training conducted at the training place of the homeland reserve forces in the Republic of Korea, the said training was not conducted without justifiable grounds;
