The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On June 25, 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed assault on the part of the victim’s left knife at E stores near subway 1 line D No. 1:40, the subway located in Dongducheon-si, Dongducheon-si; (b) under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant avoided disturbance, while drinking from the victim F (3) who is the cause of the said D station service; and (c) assaulted the victim’s left knife at one time.

2. The facts charged of this case are crimes falling under Article 260(1) of the Criminal Act and cannot be prosecuted against the victim’s express intent pursuant to Article 260(3) of the Criminal Act. Since the victim expressed his/her wish not to punish the defendant after the prosecution of this case, the prosecution of this case is dismissed pursuant to Article 327(6) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
