Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 15, 2017, the Defendant was crossinged without permission from the front distance of the second apartment complex located in 319, U.S., Simsan-si, Busan-ro, 2017, on the ground that the victim C (45 years old) who driven the above road B and was making a left turn to the left pursuant to the new subparagraph had a light to the Defendant. However, for about 10 minutes, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s tourist bus front of the victim’s tourist bus for about 10 minutes.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's tourist bus operation by force.
