Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 18, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment and two years of suspension of execution by interfering with business at the Suwon Methods Board, and the judgment became final and conclusive on January 26, 2018.

On July 20, 2017, the Defendant: (a) while driving a freight truck B around 06:10 and driving over a three-lane national road road in front of the Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, the Defendant: (b) failed to stop driving of the above tourist bus in front of the three-lane, on the ground that the E-tourist bus driven by the victim D did not yield any concession; (c) carried the above tourist bus in front of the front line; (d) carried the above tourist bus, and (e) carried it down on the front of the above bus, waiting for a signal from an alley distance, but without starting, failed to stop driving the bus, and (e) failed to stop driving the front along the traffic of the vehicle; and (e) again, it is likely to prevent driving of the vehicle by the way of normal viewing and blocking driving of the vehicle, even though it is likely to interfere with the normal passage of the vehicle.
