Punishment of the crime

At around 19:40 on November 30, 2012, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.138%, driven a 21 ton cargo vehicle from the distance of about 6 km to the point of about 22 km away from the cafeteria in the trade name in the south-Eup, Nam-gun, Nam-gun, Nam-do to the point of 22 km in the middle-sea highway in the middle-sea area of the same military.
