Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person who has been engaged in household sales, collection of money, etc. while working as a general head of a household store and a general head of a store of the victim C’s “D” in Incheon Gyeyang-gu from January 24, 2017 to November 27, 2018.

From September 3, 2018 to November 26, 2018, the Defendant received a total of KRW 75,420,000 from around September 3, 2018 to around November 26, 201, by deposit in the post office account in the name of the above Defendant or in the name of H (number : J) account in the name of the Defendant’s mother, and embezzled at will while on duty.
The defendant of "2019No3616" was willing to deceive customers who want to purchase a household in the above store due to the lack of living expenses, by deceiving them to acquire the price through fraud, as the general store of "D" household store in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan City.
