1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

Basic Facts

A. On October 1, 2008, C concluded an insurance contract with the Plaintiff as the insured and beneficiary, and entered into an insurance contract listed in [Attachment 1] No. 1 (1) (hereinafter “No. 1 insurance contract”); and on March 18, 2009, as indicated in [Attachment 1] No. 2 (hereinafter “No. 2 insurance contract”); on May 10, 2010, the policyholders and beneficiaries of the insurance contract No. 201 and the beneficiaries of the insurance contract changed to Defendant A; and on January 6, 2012, the policyholders and beneficiaries of the insurance contract No. 1 to Defendant B, respectively.

B. On April 9, 2009, C was hospitalized at D Hospital for 14 days due to epidemia, and as indicated in attached Table 2, as indicated in attached Table 2, between April 9, 2009 and July 7, 2014, and was hospitalized at each hospital for 179 days in total. The Plaintiff paid each insurance money to the Defendants, as indicated in attached Table 3, according to the insurance contract 1 and 2.

C. The status of the conclusion of the insurance contract with C as the insured and the contents of each insurance contract maintained at the time of the conclusion of the instant insurance contract or concluded after the instant insurance contract, among the insurance contracts concluded with C as the insured, and the insurance proceeds received from the insurance companies, including the Plaintiff, under each of the above insurance contracts are as follows:
