A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

The Defendant conspiredd with the J to import Handphones from China by receiving psychotropic drugs from the “Seoul-si K2 floor in the Magro-si,” used as the office of the Magro-si, if the Defendant sent the Magro-ray (hereinafter “Magro-phone”), which is a psychotropic drug, to the Republic of Korea.

Accordingly, on April 20, 2010, J left the Republic of China with Chinese heart, concealed approximately 13.61g of oponon in the Chinese heart from around the same month to the Belgium in the part of the Belgium trademark attachment, and then entered the recipient as “L” and the recipient’s domicile as “K two-story in Gyeonggi-si.”

Since then, at around 11:19 on April 24, 2010, an international express postal item with the concealment of the said philopon arrived at the Incheon National Port located in Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Jung-gu, Incheon.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with J, imported approximately 13.61g of philopon from China to Korea.

A. According to the above evidence, the following facts are acknowledged.

(1) On April 20, 2010, J on April 20, 201, boarding an airport bus from active service located in the area of Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, and departing from the following Chinese depth between the supply port of Incheon, and the airport bus boarding place.
