1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

(a) Of the first floor of the building listed in the attached Table 2 list, the number of floors indicated in the attached Table 2 shall be as follows: (a), (b), (j), and (a).

1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in Appendix 1; and

2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);

3. The provisions pertaining to statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Partial Dismissal Lawsuit (hereinafter “Promotion Act”) enter into force on May 21, 2019, as amended and promulgated on June 1, 2019, 15% per annum, which is the statutory interest rate under the previous Promotion Act, shall apply to the period until May 31, 2019, but since the statutory interest rate under the Promotion Act was changed to 12% per annum from June 1, 2019, the damages for delay shall be recognized at the rate of 12% per annum from June 1, 2019 to the date of full payment, and the exceeding part shall be dismissed.
