1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 40,000,000 per annum from April 2, 2010 to September 30, 2015, and the next day.

The provisions pertaining to statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Promotion, etc. of Partial Dismissal Lawsuit (hereinafter “Promotion Act”) enter into force on May 21, 2019, as amended and promulgated on June 1, 2019, 15% per annum, which is the statutory interest rate under the previous Promotion Act, is applied to the period until May 31, 2019. However, since the statutory interest rate under the Promotion Act was changed to 12% per annum from June 1, 2019, 12% per annum is recognized as 12% per annum from June 1, 2019 to the date of full payment, the excess portion is dismissed.
