B On May 28, 2013, the Incheon District Court sentenced five months of imprisonment with prison labor for the principal building and the crime of prevention of fire, and completed the execution of the sentence on October 24, 2013.

1. Defendants’ joint criminal conduct

A. From May 2014 to July 2014, the Defendants paid KRW 50,00,000 to the warehouse located in Ilyang-dong, U.S. from May 2014, Defendant C, the purchase price for domestic rice and domestic rice, and the purchase price for rice mixed machines and packing machines. 2. Joint criminal conduct by Defendant A and B;

A. From September 2014 to October 2014, the Defendants mixed the ratio of 85% of the domestically produced rice, 15% of the domestically produced rice, and then put 20 km as indicated in “G”, “H”, “I”, etc. into the packaging, and had J put a Stick on the packaging as “in the country of origin, domestic origin, and production year 2013.”

As a result, the Defendants conspired with J to indicate the origin in collusion with the list Nos. 9, 18, and 19 of the annexed crime list, and falsely indicate the production year and quality of grain.
