B around February 17, 2017, H H-to-pured passenger cars leased by Lita Company D on its own side, Defendant A was carrying E on his own body automobile, and F was driving his own low typ car in Busan Shipping Daegu Do, and it has been in the future in the chip apartment in Busan Shipping Daegu Do, and G had been in the above place.

From February 17, 2017, at around 23:00 on February 17, 2017, Defendants and their day-goings divided into the above A-to-purd passenger vehicle and the above-to-purized passenger vehicle into two parts in front of the above apartment. They decided to move to the Busan-gu Busan-gu Busan-si to drink, and conduct a car racing to the front of the above apartment at the above place.

2. At around 03:30, at around 18:0, Defendant B joined E and D, and driven the said A-to-pured vehicle. G was at a speed competition by driving Defendant A and F with the said low-speed car, and moved to the front of the said C-NE apartment.

1. Defendant A
