A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. A crime committed on December 22, 2017;

가. 도로 교통법위반( 무면허 운전) 피고인은 2017. 12. 22. 20:50 경 자동차 운전면허를 받지 아니하고 여수시 화장동 주공아파트 앞 도로에서부터 여수시 망 마로 40 부근에 있는 ‘ 짱구 유료 주차장 ’에 이르기까지 약 4km 구간에서 C 아반 떼 승용차를 운전하였다.

B. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Act is the owner of a motor vehicle with soflured C in the preceding paragraph.

The Defendant operated the hurged car without mandatory insurance at the same time and place as referred to in the preceding paragraph.

Accordingly, the defendant operated a motor vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance.

2. A crime committed on December 23, 2017;

A. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) and the Road Traffic Act is a person engaging in driving a vehicle of hurfed C.

On December 23, 2017, the Defendant started the said car parked on the two-lane road in the front of the “E” located in D at a leisure time without obtaining a driver’s license on December 16:30, 2017 and started to make an internship.

Since there is a road where vehicle traffic is frequent, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by properly operating the steering direction and brake system and accurately operating the steering direction and brake system to the person engaged in driving of the motor vehicle.
