A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, around February 2, 2015, transferred two half of the vertical line, which is the owner of the victim company, at the above D factory, under the condition that it offsets the obligation to bear 80 million won to his/her name, and embezzled it. The Defendant paid KRW 151,105,911 from June 2, 2012 to January 2015, and paid KRW 27,659,954 to unpaid evidence.
