1. The Defendant’s KRW 22,00,000 to the Plaintiffs and 5% per annum from January 19, 2019 to September 25, 2019, respectively.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The plaintiffs are companies that operate the "F" in the D Building E in Busan, and engage in real estate brokerage business, and the defendant is a company that runs an advertising agency, marketing, etc.
B. On December 19, 2017, the Plaintiffs entered into a real estate consulting agreement with the Defendant on the land within the Busan Metropolitan City G District, from December 19, 2017 to June 18, 2018, with respect to the following services for six months (hereinafter “instant agreement”).

1. The survey, analysis and presentation of land transactions in attached land protocols;
2. Proposals made after research, analysis, and analysis of the lease and rent of neighboring land and real estate, and purchase and sale of land;

The basic procedures and forms for land purchase: ① Receipt of a letter of intent for sale - The client Party A shall draw up and deliver to B a power of attorney related to the purchase of land so that B, the service provider, can carry out land work smoothly (a separate form of delegation); Contents of power of attorney: “A” shall immediately execute the letter of intent for the purchase, even if the said sale and purchase is not received as a total of 3,352.60 copies of the provisional contract, with payment of 1% deposit at the time of completion of the agreement.
