1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
C. As to the Defendants, the Defendants amounting to KRW 42 million on January 17, 2012, as the down payment under the instant sales contract, and the same year
2. 17. 2 million won, total of 44 billion won, and the Plaintiff and the Defendants drafted an investment contract with the following contents:
(2) On June 30, 2014, Defendant B and one other (Defendant C) and the Korea Land and Housing Corporation and the Plaintiff (hereinafter referred to as “B”) concluded a contract for this case on January 17, 2012 with respect to the land of the said indication (hereinafter referred to as “subject land”) implemented by the Korea Land and Housing Corporation on June 30, 2014 at the time when it is possible to use the designated land size of the designated use area of the land for the purpose of designating the parcel number of the land to be indicated in the instant investment contract. Article 3 [Cases of Land Sale Consultation] A shall consult with B at the time of selling this land within six months, and A shall provide B with detailed information about the sale.
Article 4 [Guarantee of Distribution of Profits excluding Dividends and Expenses] Section A and Section B shall ensure that prior consultation between September 7, 201 with the investor will be 100% of the principal and dividends of the investor and the proceeds of sale.
