A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 16 hours.

Punishment of the crime

On March 25, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year to a suspended sentence of four months for the crime of causing property damage in the Incheon District Court’s Branch Branch on March 25, 2015, and the said judgment became final and conclusive and is still under suspended execution.

On July 3, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 06:59 on July 3, 2015, the third floor waiting room in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government 846, removed a notice posted on the screen board to be removed and sold to be removed; (b) he was removed from Seopung Young-gu, Seopungpo Station C, Young-gu, Seopungpo Station C, which caused the debrison of D’s face on the floor; and (c) took the front door inside the floor; and (d) interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the provision of services by railroad workers by breaking down D’s flap with both hand.

around 16:40 on May 5, 2015, the Defendant: (a) entered a female toilet at the first floor of women’s toilet in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Yeongdeungpo-gu, for the purpose of meeting the sexual desire; and (b) tried to keep the Defendant’s hand under the wall to look back the victim’s her son on the side where the victim F (V, 43 years of age) reported a melt.

Accordingly, the Defendant infringed on the above female public toilets, which are public places, with a view to meeting sexual desire.
