1. Within the scope of the property inherited from the network C, the Plaintiff, and the Defendant A, as well as the 18,263,828 won and its 18,263.

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of arguments as to Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 3 and Eul evidence Nos. 1 through 3 (including paper numbers), the facts that the plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the defendants on August 22, 2006 with the Seoul Central District Court Decision 2006Kadan184321, which was brought against the defendants, "within the scope of property inherited from the deceased C," and the defendant Gap's 18,263,695 won among the plaintiff's 12,175,885 won and its 12,175,797 won among the defendants' 12,175, and 15% per annum from June 25, 2001 to May 16, 2006 to 20% per annum, and the plaintiff's claims are transferred to the plaintiff at the expiration of 130% per annum of the above credit guarantee fund."

2. According to the facts of the above recognition, the plaintiff is obligated to pay the amount calculated by applying the ratio of 12,175,885 won and 12,175,797 won from June 25, 2001 to May 16, 2006 and the ratio of 20% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment.

3. Thus, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants is justified and all of them are accepted. It is so decided as per Disposition.
