A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 20, 2017, the Defendant: (a) 08:55, at the loading and unloading site of the D store located in Gangnam-si, Gangnam-si, 017. On the ground that the Victim E (74 tax) is in bad condition, and the Victim E (74 tax) was floated, and tried to start driving a string vehicle of the victim; and (b) sought to get on and depart from a string vehicle; and (c) even when the victim resisted with the window of the driver’s seat of the said vehicle, the Defendant driven the said vehicle at a 8-meter level, which is an dangerous object, and led the victim.

As a result, the defendant carried a dangerous object, and carried the victim with approximately two weeks of treatment.
