A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On October 13, 2017, the Defendant: (a) at C, located under the ground of the building B in Ansan-si around 19:30 on October 13, 2017; (b) on the ground that the victim D (31 cm) made a project to ignore himself, the Defendant sold the victim’s head at one time and then sold the victim’s head at one stop (15 cm per one saw, 3.5 cm in width) with the victim’s hair head and face; (c) the chest was taken at one time and two times with his left hand.

As a result, the defendant carried dangerous objects with the victim about two weeks of treatment, and caused two severe pressures to the victim.
