1. Crimes related to senior citizens' clubs around April 2018;

A. On April 2018, the Defendant: (a) committed the theft of intrusion on a night structure at around 23:00, the Defendant opened a closed door that was not corrected and intruded into the “C senior citizen center” located in the Southern-gu, Ulsan-si; and (b) used one cell phone with the victim’s market value of KRW 100,000,000, which was set up on his/her book by the victim E, and stolen it.

B. On April 2018, the Defendant, who violated the Resident Registration Act, connected the Defendant’s mobile phone to the mobile site called “the items” as the Defendant’s mobile phone at a place unclaimed, and acquired the same amount of pecuniary benefits by paying KRW 500,000 to claim for the payment of the said mobile phone usage fee by notifying the victim E’s name, resident registration number, mobile phone number, and radio operator, and other personal information, and the certification number, etc. transmitted to the stolen victim’s mobile phone as described in paragraph (1) of the above Article, without authority, to the purchaser of a small amount of money, such as the victim’s resident registration number, and other personal information transmitted to the stolen victim’s mobile phone as described in paragraph (1) of the above Article.

2. Crimes related to senior citizens' clubs on April 2018;

A. On April 22, 2018, around 00:30 on April 22, 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded the entrance by using the key in custody in the entrance door box; and (b) used 10,000 won of the public funds of the victim H management center for senior citizens; (c) one head of the MG Saemaul community credit cooperative; and (d) one physical card at the end of the second floor.

B. Violation of the Act on Specialized Credit Financial Business, fraud, at around 03:43 on the same day, the Defendant is a senior citizen center of the Korean Senior Citizens Association who stolen the victim, as described in paragraph 2(a) of the above, as if the Defendant had a legitimate possession of the part of the employee in the name of the employee in the name of the employer in the name of the employer after having a limited liability of oil on the part of the Defendant’s operation, and as such, the Defendant was a senior citizen center of the Korean Senior Citizens Association.
