The judgment below

In light of the records, we affirm the judgment of the court of first instance that acquitted Defendant A of the facts charged in the instant case and all the facts charged in the instant case against Defendant B on the grounds that there is no proof of the facts charged. Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err by violating the law of logic and experience and exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence.

The prosecutor also appealed the guilty portion of the judgment of the court below, but the petition of appeal or the appellate brief does not indicate the grounds for objection to this part.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
